Kalithea Media designed a locally-activated seasonal campaign that treated each of the 25 catchment areas as a distinct micro-market. We activated DOOH via DV360, mobile display with dynamic creative optimization on a CPM basis, and social retargeting through Meta to re-engage users who showed initial interest. Every element was geo-fenced, locally personalized, and optimized against CPA targets. The result: 38% sales uplift versus the prior year and 25% lower CPA than the old national approach.
